Twinkle is currently a Senior Site Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, PPD Australia, where she works on complex, fast-paced first-in-human (FIH) Phase 1 Clinical trials in the APAC region. With over a decade of experience in next-generation drug development and clinical trials, she focuses on finding the safest control measures to treat diseases. Her experiences involve managing compliance of all Phases (I-IV) trials, implementing approved Clinical Trials Research protocols, conducting clinical monitoring, and ensuring quality close-out activities across various research sites in Australia and New Zealand.
