Hyperbaric Healing Treatment Center
Erika Jordan has dedicated nearly two decades of her career to advancing hyperbaric medicine and improving the lives of patients through safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. As the Founder and Hyperbaric Director of Hyperbaric Healing Treatment Center, she has built a respected healthcare organization that focuses on clinical excellence, patient safety, and education. Today, she leads multiple treatment centers in Orlando, New Smyrna Beach, and Leesburg, Florida, where she oversees clinical operations, physician collaboration, safety standards, team development, community outreach, and the long-term growth of the organization. We at CIO Global, are proud to introduce Erika Jordan as one of the 10 Distinguished Leaders Making an Impact in USA, 2026.

Her journey into hyperbaric medicine began with a simple but powerful realization. Early in her career, Erika witnessed the life-changing effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on patients who had exhausted many other treatment options. Seeing oxygen delivered under pressure help improve healing, support recovery, and restore hope inspired her to dedicate her career to this specialized field. She also recognized the importance of creating treatment centers where patients could receive expert medical care while feeling respected, understood, and genuinely supported. This vision became the foundation of Hyperbaric Healing Treatment Center.
“Success grows when purpose, perseverance, and patient care remain at the heart of every decision.”
For Erika, leadership is measured not by a job title but by responsibility, integrity, consistency, and the ability to make a meaningful difference. She believes that great leaders remain accountable for their decisions, support their teams during difficult times, and always keep the needs of those they serve at the center of every action. She also values continuous learning, humility, and creating opportunities for others to grow. These principles have shaped both her leadership style and the culture of her organization.
One of Erika’s proudest accomplishments has been transforming her vision into a successful multi-location healthcare organization. Building Hyperbaric Healing Treatment Center required years of careful planning, financial commitment, regulatory preparation, and strong teamwork. While expanding the organization, she remained committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, individualized patient care, and close collaboration with medical professionals. Her focus has never been on rapid growth alone but on growing responsibly while protecting the quality of care every patient receives.
Like many healthcare entrepreneurs, Erika has faced numerous challenges throughout her career. Managing financial risks, meeting strict healthcare regulations, overseeing construction projects, recruiting skilled professionals, and addressing public misunderstandings about hyperbaric medicine have all required determination and resilience. Rather than becoming discouraged by these obstacles, she has focused on solving one challenge at a time. She believes that resilience comes from taking responsible action, remaining committed to the mission, and surrounding herself with knowledgeable people who share the same values.
Hyperbaric Healing Treatment Center continues to make a positive impact across Central Florida by expanding access to medically supervised hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The organization supports patients with complex wounds, radiation injuries, surgical complications, neurological concerns, and many other difficult medical conditions. Beyond patient treatment, Erika and her team actively participate in community education, cancer awareness initiatives, partnerships with healthcare providers, and learning opportunities for students and medical professionals. Through these efforts, they are helping increase awareness of safe and appropriate hyperbaric care.

Erika’s leadership style is practical, compassionate, and highly involved. She understands every aspect of her organization, from clinical care to daily operations, and is always willing to step in wherever needed. She believes that no responsibility is too small when patient care is involved. By setting clear expectations, encouraging accountability, and treating every team member with respect, she has created a workplace where people feel valued and motivated to perform at their best. She also believes that strong teams are built by hiring individuals with integrity, compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn, while providing continuous training and opportunities for professional growth.
During challenging periods, Erika remains motivated by remembering the purpose behind her work. Every patient who experiences healing, every positive message from a family, and every achievement by her team reminds her why she chose this career. Her husband and two young daughters also provide constant inspiration, helping her maintain perspective while balancing the demands of business ownership and family life. She understands that balance is not about perfection but about making intentional choices and remaining fully present in the moments that matter most.
“Healing begins with compassion, guided by knowledge and strengthened by trust.”
Innovation plays an important role in Erika’s approach to healthcare. She believes innovation is not about following every new trend but about carefully evaluating research, improving safety systems, strengthening communication through technology, and enhancing the patient experience. By embracing evidence-based improvements, she ensures that her organization continues to provide effective, efficient, and ethical care while adapting to the changing needs of healthcare.
Looking ahead, Erika believes the future of hyperbaric medicine will be shaped by stronger scientific research, increased collaboration among medical specialties, improved credentialing, and growing demand for evidence-based treatments. She expects patients to become even more informed and selective, seeking healthcare providers that clearly explain treatment protocols, safety standards, qualifications, and expected outcomes. Her vision is to continue expanding access to ethical, medically guided hyperbaric care while strengthening physician partnerships, supporting research, and helping raise the overall standard of care across the industry.
Erika also encourages young professionals to begin leading long before they receive a formal leadership title. She believes success comes from being dependable, accepting responsibility, asking thoughtful questions, and always acting with integrity. Leadership, in her view, is rooted in service rather than status. By remaining committed to learning, supporting others, and consistently doing the right thing, individuals can build careers that create lasting impact.

Through her dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to patient care, Erika Jordan has established herself as a respected leader in hyperbaric medicine. Her work continues to improve lives, strengthen healthcare partnerships, and expand access to specialized treatment for patients across Florida. By combining medical excellence with compassion, she has built an organization that reflects her belief that meaningful success is created through consistency, courage, and an ongoing commitment to serving others.
“True leadership is built on integrity, service, and the courage to put people first.”
