In a world increasingly driven by technology, the need for businesses to adopt and adapt to digital change is more urgent than ever. One such leader is Daniel Sachi, the CEO of ROI Agile International. With a strong background in managing complex business transformations and a genuine commitment to organizational growth, Daniel brings invaluable expertise to the digital transformation landscape. Through his leadership, ROI Agile International has become a trusted partner for organizations looking to optimize their performance and modernize their operations. We at CIO Global, are proud to introduce Daniel Sachi as one of the Promising CEOs to Watch, 2024.
Daniel Sachi’s journey to becoming the CEO of ROI Agile International has been rich and varied. His career began at Caja de Valores, a financial services company, where he moved from an entry-level administrative role to a leadership position in IT project management. This early experience taught Daniel the fundamentals of business operations and laid the foundation for his future success in the corporate world. After Caja de Valores, Daniel spent 11 years with Shell Oil Company, a global giant in the energy sector. His roles evolved from developer and project leader to project manager, auditor, and facilitator in quality management. His time at Shell taught him the importance of adaptability and instilled in him a deep respect for process optimization and operational efficiency. Following Shell, Daniel joined Essen Aluminios, a household goods company, as the manager of organization and systems. Here, he honed his management skills and further expanded his expertise in system integration. He was then appointed as the general coordinator for the privatization project of Banco Hipotecario Nacional, a pivotal experience that added to his growing portfolio of leadership roles in complex projects.
“For Daniel, clients are not merely customers but partners in a shared journey toward growth and transformation.”
Daniel’s career took another significant turn when he joined Coca-Cola as the organization and systems manager. One of his key projects was the unification of seven family-owned bottling companies into a single, cohesive company. This project involved coordinating seven plants and 30 warehouses across two countries—a formidable task. Due to his team’s outstanding work, Coca-Cola Corp. selected his team as beta testers for the corporation’s systems, recognizing their efficiency and effectiveness. From Coca-Cola, Daniel moved to direct a project funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for national financial planning in Argentina’s Finance Secretariat under the Ministry of Economy. This role prepared him for his next position at Ceitech, an outsourcing firm specializing in computer services, where he managed business operations and systems.
In his final role before ROI Agile International, Daniel served as CEO of Synthesis Retail Solutions, a software company. These experiences collectively equipped him with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to establish and lead ROI Agile International. Over the past 17 years, as CEO, he has spearheaded digital transformation projects, making ROI Agile International a leader in its field. ROI Agile International stands as a testament to Daniel’s dedication to fostering agile, efficient, and digitally savvy organizations. The company’s primary focus is on human capital, organizational consulting, and process optimization. Through these services, ROI Agile International helps businesses enhance performance, streamline operations, and embrace digital transformation. One of the company’s core strengths lies in its customized approach to training and coaching senior management, restructuring business processes, and integrating best practices in project and human capital management. Daniel and his team have developed a unique methodology that prioritizes agility and continuous improvement. By analyzing an organization’s people, processes, and structural dynamics, ROI Agile International creates tailored solutions that drive long-term success. ROI Agile International’s success is anchored in its commitment to a comprehensive analysis of the three key areas—people, processes, and organizational structure. This in-depth evaluation allows the team to recommend necessary adjustments and modifications that help organizations transition smoothly into the digital age. The result is a highly adaptable, performance-oriented business model that places ROI Agile International ahead of its competitors.
When it comes to leadership, Daniel Sachi believes in situational leadership, a style that emphasizes flexibility, adaptability, and empathy. As Daniel puts it, a leader must be able to shift their approach depending on the people and circumstances they encounter. Sometimes, delegation and empowerment are the keys to success; other times, hands-on supervision is required. Effective leadership, Daniel believes, is about knowing when to switch between these modes and maintaining a strong sense of empathy, transparency, and active listening. Daniel’s leadership style is evident in his interactions with his team at ROI Agile International. He values open communication, seeks input from his team, and leads by example. By creating a culture of respect and collaboration, Daniel empowers his team to take ownership of their work, make decisions, and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s mission. Throughout his career, Daniel has encountered various challenges, but perhaps the most persistent has been gaining the trust of his superiors to make decisions autonomously. He found that while managing his own team was often straightforward, convincing his bosses to give him the latitude he needed to lead effectively required patience and determination.

One of the recurring challenges Daniel faced was being directed to replace team members upon joining a new organization. Instead, Daniel chose to engage with his team, listen to their insights, and work collaboratively toward shared goals. By prioritizing open communication and mutual respect, he achieved outstanding results with the same teams he was initially advised to replace. His approach highlights a core principle in Daniel’s leadership philosophy: trust and empower people, and they will rise to the occasion. Daniel’s insights into the consulting industry are informed by years of experience. He has noticed a growing influx of self-styled consultants who may lack the necessary depth of experience. Daniel advocates for public standards and qualifications for consultants, particularly in unregulated areas. Establishing standards, he believes, would enhance the industry’s credibility, alleviate client concerns, and level the playing field for smaller firms and independent consultants who can deliver quality services.
This vision for a more transparent and accountable consulting ecosystem reflects Daniel’s commitment to excellence. He believes that by setting high standards, consultants can better serve clients, foster trust, and promote sustainable growth in the industry. As Daniel looks toward the future, his goal for ROI Agile International remains steadfast: to continue innovating and strengthening partnerships with clients. For Daniel, clients are not merely customers but partners in a shared journey toward growth and transformation. This approach has enabled ROI Agile International to establish long-lasting relationships with clients who appreciate the company’s collaborative spirit and dedication to their success.
Daniel is committed to staying ahead of the curve by continuously refining ROI Agile International’s offerings. By embracing new technologies, exploring emerging best practices, and remaining agile in an ever-evolving industry, Daniel ensures that ROI Agile International remains a leader in digital transformation consulting. His vision for the company is not just to maintain its market position but to deepen its impact on the organizations it serves. Daniel Sachi’s career is a testament to the power of adaptability, integrity, and a commitment to lifelong learning. From his early days in financial services to his current role as CEO of ROI Agile International, Daniel has demonstrated a deep understanding of what it takes to drive meaningful change in business.
